I have wanted to make one of these Easter Bunny Wreaths for ages, but I struggled to actually find a bunny that I could use for the wreath. I eventually found a bunny but I had to carefully dismantle him for the wreath!

YOU WILL NEED for your DIY Easter Bunny Wreath:
A willow wreath (I used a heart shape but you can use a circular one if you wish)
Different ribbons (I chose, spots and stripes, and colour clash, I bought 6 reels but has some left over)
Carrots, sunflowers or other easter goodies
A bunny (I bought mine from B&M)

To begin with I positioned the bunny so I had a clear idea of where I would need my ribbons. Cut the ribbon to about 23cm and begin to tie these on. If you are using grosgrain ribbon, you will need to double knot.
Mix them all up so they are distributed evenly.
Now for the bunny….so sorry but its off with its head!!! I cut t off and then sewed the body shut. Also remove the ears and then discard the head.
Using some twine tie the body into the hole under its arms so its bottom is showing out. I also used this twine to create the hook to hang him up.

I wasn’t happy with the feet, so I enhanced these with pink felt and glue gunned them on. I also embellished the tail and then glued a butterfly.
Glue the ears on the back of the wreath so that they flop over to the front.
Finally, finish with the embellishments wherever you have any gaps and I also hung some longer lengths of ribbons to drape down.
